The same exact thing happened with my Bellato.. but it evolved the next morning at 3:00 AM..
And it sometimes happens to my some of my other creatures as well, but they always evolve the next morning.
And it definitely isn't because we have to clear our cache like Ian said, because my friend said my Bellato hadn't evolved on her computer screen, and when I went on eggcave on my phone, the Bellato appeared to still be at first stage.
Well, it's a glitch. But.. let's just hope your Foo hatches tomorrow at 3 AM. But with this glitch still going on.. I'm afraid my creatures who need views to evolve exceed the views for one stage and the next morning, it evolves to the stage I didn't want to freeze it on. When it hasn't evolved to the stage I want, I can't freeze it.. >.<
