So yeah. It's 4:48 ECT and I am still awake. Haven't been to sleep yet. Are there any other extreme night owls out there? I thought that if there were we could use this as a place to moan about early mornings, homework, and other wee hour type things. I'll start:

My first final exam is on the 12th and I haven't started studying yet. :/ It's in math too, my worst subject. I know I should start, but I can't quite force myself to.

So, What are you thinking about this early/late?

@boxofcrayons EXAMS?!? I got like, a whole another month of HOLIDAYS 😃 it's 10pm, and I got nothing in the world to do but lie here on my bed and watch anime ^^
Hmm, Bleach or Naruto next? ^^ Or maybe some manga? I could always play my DS, or listen to some music ^^ Or go bother my brother or dad who have to go to work tomorrow ^^ Aah, so many options to rub in your face... ^^

(Actually, I'm scared out of my mind for the exams at the end of this year. NCEA level 1. Heck I might need to quit eggcave and actually STUDY this time round ^^)

Are your NCEA level exams like the end of high school? Thats what I am facing. We call them diplomas and they are worth fifty percent of your grade for the last year of high school before trying to get into university.

Lucky you with your options!!! I am sitting out at my grandparents farm, out in the middle of nowhere (really!). I barely have internet, and it goes so slow >.< I finished all my books earlier today, so no dice there either -.-

Yeah, basically. Like, we get level 1 in year 11, level 2 in year 12 and level 3 in year 13, and those are the big exams that mean... Well, a lot. Where you get most of your credits.

@smilies I actually really like the land. My grandparents are just very... difficult to spend long portions of time with. I like trees and all, but truly the prairies are my favourite place in the world tho be. Just very very boring at five in the morning.

I really hate exams. I think they are kinda pointless. I mean, they know how we are doing from our year-round results, why bother with a huge test everyone has a freak attack over?

Nah, there is something about being able to just see for miles and miles. And there is room and space to think, to dream and to hope. Give me a clean prairie sky and a nice thick book, and I'll be happy for hours. 😊

I try not to stay up past 3am 😱 One time recently during exam period I did have a real all-nighter. Was up all day, all night and by the time I was done with all I needed to do it was past 10am. 😋 It was horrid. I felt like I was in a dream-world the whole day. x_x

Light re-sets your internal clock~ We all have one. But teens usually are night owls. That's why school systems are bad. They make kids wake up & go to school early when their minds are still asleep >3<

I wanted to take psych in high school, but nooo my dad thought foods would be more practical in the long run. -.-' I do my homework late at night, and I usually get the best marks when I've worked from about 12am to 2am.
