you have a cold?Prop the pillows up, check. But it still feels absolutely miserable. Honestly, I'd rather have a flu just because it's often easier to sleep off.âšī¸

Aw :/I sleep on a more firm surface, like my couch instead of my bed. If you have a humidifier, turn that on. Take a hot bath before bed. And if you have any Nyquil or something similar, taking that before bedtime will help a lot too. đ

@Metaphor Gosh, I know how you feel. I had a bad cold a few weeks ago. Lemme sum it up:I rarely ever get sick, but when I do, for the first night my throat is sore. I'm always thirsty, my body's always warm, and my head feels dizzy. I might blow my nose once or twice but still can't get to sleep. In the morning I wake up absolutely exhausted, not even being able to drag myself out of bed. Sometimes I stay home. But all through the day, my head will hurt, my stomach will cramp, my throat will be sore, and my nose will be stuffed. When I go to bed that night, my nose feels horrible, my voice sounds stuffy, my throat is still sore, and I can't even spend two measly minutes without blowing my nose or else I'll get mucus on my pillow. For the next 4 to 5 days, my nose will be a little stuffed up, but usually not as bad. Also, for some reason I find that resting during the day is more peaceful and relaxing than sleeping at night. So, in all, there really is no way to sleep comfortably with a cold. Just take some nighttime medicine so you're relieved of some of your sickness and so you'll be more drowsy to sleep.

@metaphor when im sick, my mommy puts a really soft blanket on my bed, and squrts some stuff up my nose, then gives me a pill and i go right to sleep.
