I know how that feels *pats back* How did it happen? 😱 If it's a valid reason, I think Ian can revive them. He once revived a lot of my creatures which couldn't get put into Tim's because I was on holiday.

Aw... Maybe Ian took some time in getting back to you? It takes a bit of time for him to find dead creatures. It took about a week for me to get mine back. Did you post when it died? That often speeds up the procedure ^^

Yeah, it can definitely be revived without the ID - the ID makes things easier, but I don't think it really matters... I think you can add to a ticket? I'm not sure, but you might. It doesn't mean it can't be revived - Ian will probably reply asking you if you knew the last time it was alive, and when it died.
