well...

UFT (aka Up For Trade) means that you will TRADE it. I.E. you're looking for something specific OR that you want something that's about the same value. This is usually used for endangereds/LEs/other rares.

UFA (aka Up For Adoption) means that you just want to get rid of the creature. You don't care what someone offers for it. This is usually used for cave commons.
