The government had recently set up cameras all over the city.
They detect suspicious people and people who seem a bit "different"
And by different it means you have a certain small power that gives you an advantage over other people.

If the people who watch the cameras known as the "lurkers" find one of you they will try to chase you down by using the cameras to find you. (If they catch you, You will be put in a cage to rot)

BUT there is a loop hole in the cameras
Some of them weren't properly made and were defective, So they had a blind spot in them.

You are trying to find them, But it will be EXTREMELY hard to find them while there are few and Lurkers will be chasing you
This is where your advantage comes in

The government doesn't place cameras up, they use
ones that are already up and about and "Hack" into
them 😊 But any camera, anyone can "Hack" into 😃
(I have done it, it is fun)
