Which cave eggs are "rare." Not just based off of their weighted rarity, but off of their desirability and trading value. Obviously le, cc and asteroid eggs are worth the most. But what about cave eggs? Which are really worth keeping for possible future trades? Mo's qualify, Tasma's seem popular. But what other cave eggs should I bother to keep?

Usually users aren't really interested in trading for cave creatures as they are considered "common." An exception to this is, as you already stated, the Mo.

But there are also Limited Edition{LE} eggs that are released in the cave around holidays & event times that are a bit rarer ^^

Tasman aren't rare.
Mos are rare.
The three new cave eggs are rareish.
Nothing else in the cave is rare.

Mysterious Asteriod. Everything there is rare.

@badkittynono, It really depends on whether you want to keep rare eggs, or popular ones. Some creatures, like tasmas and floicols seem to be really popular, and you may be able to trade them. Another rare(ish) creature from the cave is the terron.
However, the ones that people generally want the most are the monthly/special event creatures from the cave.
