@peachy4657

They're twins. That's rare 😊 Probably beacuse of some glitch I guess.

@pegasasu How can they be twins if they're different species?

@pegasasu The Guinstar is a CC creature...while the Honk is a cave creature.

I think I know! Maybe the Guinstar died, and the user took the name onto the Honk, so that it won't be taken, and when it was revived, both creatures had the same names, but they were different species ^w^

@celeste Wow...I never would have thought of that. 😊

@balletninja I know. 😊 I just think it's weird that one (yours) is frozen and the other evolved. I liked it better when they were identical.

@peachy4657
That would explain how the user was able to get the two names, and they probably never had the heart to kill off the other Honk (especially considering that the name really fitted ^^) I think @musicgurl333 has the same thing with Adonis?

Hmm, I'm not sure how this happened because I don't know when the adoption centre name glitch was patched up. I don't think that's the cause of it, though.

Back then, when a creature was put in the adoption centre, its name was available for everyone until the creature was out of the AC. That name became unsearchable, meaning that the name was available.

I shall solve this case for you guys. 😊

Well, remember that period of time when eggcave was shut down because of some glitch? it was something like that and my Guinstar, originally named "Waddle" sadly passed away. . . :'(

But, I liked the name Waddle. So, I decided to keep it until it could come to use on some other egg I liked. I went to get a random egg and named it "Waddle".

Then, Ian reported that there was a glitch over the past few days and offered to revive any eggs that have died because of the glitch.

So...Ian revived my original Guinstar, "Waddle".

Leaving me with two Waddles...😃

hope that answered all your questions.
have a good one. xx
