Eggcave seems like it's dyeing, Nothing new/Exciting has happened for a while.
I don't know anymore.
Should I quit?
(And do you even know me?)

@olimpt
I don't know you, but in my experience it's never a good thing to quit just because things are getting slow. What if they're working on something incredibly, amazingly awesome that's taking up a lot of their time and it gets released after you leave?

i agree with @isra ---- don't quit! i've felt like that a few times, and i've only been here a little over 3 weeks. i keep wanting to just tough it out, though, cuz you never know what they might think of next!

and, @olimpt , i don't know you, either. i just don't think you should give up, yet. 😊

Maybe you can set a goal for yourself like saving up ec and joining an auction?
Or join a contest? (:

Well, if you're losing interest, there is nothing you can do. Try leaving for a while and then playing a bit of EggCave. If you have stopped being obsessive over EggCave, that does not mean you should quit. Means that it isn't priority anymore, I guess.

@olimpt
Speaking through storage
I may not know you a lot but I also would get bored easily
but I never got the idea of quitting
but it's your choice, if something amazing comes out later,
You might regret it

I have to say I agree...

I've been on EggCave for a year and a half. I used to enjoy it; Users were friendly, I was laways trading, raising eggs, taking care of my creatures, et catera. But now, I've gotten most of the creatures I want, and there are often trolls and annoying newbies that have unfortunately no chance of success whatsoever. Everything takes work and time, and I have really good grades in school, but I procrastinate and force myself to do things last minute.

But, you know what? I put up with it because I've been here for so long and I know without the site I could never survive in life. Through all of the drama and the stress, I formed a few strong bonds with other users here. People look up to me here, and I want to be something good for them to look up to. I can't leave the site, leave all of my friends, just for my own sake. In other words, I'm committed to the site.

And I feel absolutely no sympathy for the people who quit after a few months. Obviously EggCave isn't worth their time. That's their choice. But no matter what, I'll be staying here for a while.
