So you have a PC.

MS Paint is so cool.
Some people make the most amazing things with that program
Since you have a PC you should try the program GIMP.
It is small so it won't take up too much room in your computer.
but you are such a good artist and I think you would really like it

Eh, I think that the first one you made is better. I don't really think the white line on the mountain looks too good.

Nice idea, though it could use some tweaking, like a bit more shading to give some more depth and maybe make the mountains somewhat more grey/blackish to give a bit more contrast with the blue of the sky.
