parse error?

I'm not sure if this is a chrome bug or an eggcave bug. so I was on the blog and I ctrl+clicked a user's username, and it showed me a blank page with this text:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING, expecting ',' or ';' in /chroot/home/eggcavec/eggcave.com/html/new/system/application/views/header.php on line 117

yeah... and I was using chrome for pc.
