SOPA and PIPA aren't gone for certain. They're being put on the shelf, so to speak. They'll pick it up again later, hoping people will have forgotten about it by the time they re-try to have it passed. A rather sneaky, intelligent move on their part, but still incredibly dishonest and not to mention unconstitutional.
