Deleting Tickets?

I sent in a ticket of when I had a black out, my effa and calla died. It got deleted. o.e It something wrong?

Maybe they don't bring back every dead creature that's why. Though I'd expect them to tell you that then close it or something 😋 Try re-sending and ask if it's possible to bring back. Bringing back dead creatures seems to be a random gift not something to constantly expect.

They brought back a creature before for ninja. o.e It's just so strange, because I sent a ticket in twice, but It got deleted both times. I didn't have any electricity, because there was a blackout, and they both died :\

It's strange yes. Which is why it seems to be they randomly pick some to bring back. They should just be black and white about these things: bring back all that people request or not any at all.

Or maybe put in some CC item that brings back your last dead creature -shrug-

If they brought back every V2 dead creature, it would be basically like Neopets, where creatures never die.
And they don't do it randomly. If the site goes down (for example), and your creatures die, you get them back if you send in a ticket. But if a creature dies just because you forgot to feed it, well, too bad.
I think they never do it because of a blackout, because some people might SAY they had a blackout and ask for creatures back, when they were really just irresponsible.
