Forum Rules Violation

According the the Forum Rules,
"Excessive use of smilies or punctuation" is not allowed.

And yet, every few topics you see a bunch of squigglies. 😋
They're cute, but it's not allowed.

I don't want to point fingers,
But- please... Dont? xD
