The last one was true, although I'm still debating whether to go back to rowing, which results in the 24 hrs a week of working out. I do volunteer 10 hours a week though, even in the summer and winter.

And I'll say true, I guess.

I'm guessing "true", because you likely wouldn't bring up a universally hated food if your association with it wasn't somehow different.
