~A School Story~

Your school has always been different. The teachers seem to be nice and forgiving unlike the normal teacher. The assignments are unbelivably easy, and the school is as clean as a pin. You go to West High school. There, they teach high school (duh). Their website seems so friendly and happy just like at the school its self. In fact, it seems so happy and spot free that it is a tad bit creepy. Even though the teachers always greet the class with the normal "Hello students, what a nice day, isnt it?", the teachers and staff seem to turn their conversation into a faint whisper when a student passes by. You have always seemed to push it out of your mind when you chat with a friend, but the same thought bugs every studen at one point...

Dennis slid down the railing of the staircase and jumped into his next class with his friends. He ploped dwon on his desk chair, slaming his books onto his desk. All of his firends followed. Dennis had just egged a black car in the parking lot with some friends before school began. He gkanced briefky at the clock. It was 8:00 AM. The bell rang and Dennis' teacher Mr. Harfly, walked inside with the normal smile of carefreeness. "Hello everyone." Mr. Harfly said happily. "Good morning Mr. Harfly." everyone replied, exept for Dennis and his friends who were blowing bubbles with thier gum and laughing at jokes. "We are having a pop quiz today." Mr. Harfly explained, still smiling as he wrote "POP QUIZ" on the chalkboard. Dennis sighed and walked over to the pencil sharpener to sharpen his stub of a pencil.

Sarah walked into the same room as Dennis and sta down, reading "POP QUIZ" she sighed also and pulled out a pencil. Mr. Harfly passed out the 5 page quiz and sat back at his desk, typing away at his computer. Sarah flew past the quiz untill she saw question 25:

A student at St. F. X. decided to become his own employer by using his car as a taxi for the summer. It costs the student $693.00 to insure his car for the 4 months of summer. He spends $452.00 per month on gas. If he lives at home and has no other expenses for the 4 months of summer and charges an average of $7.00 per fare, how many fares will he have to get to be able to pay his tuition of $3280.00?
