The shadowed figure observed all the people on each of the individual screens. There were ten in total. Ten different people. The chair swiveled around, and the butler jumped."Well... Master?" he meekly asked, knowing this will determine whether he lived or died. These ten people were said to be fated to destroy the ultimate evil, who the Master often thought of as himself. Then again, their readings could have been mistaken, and the Master was quite fickle when it came to 'mere mistakes'. He was a very no-nonsense type of man, who praised good control over tasks, and the butler was eager to please, or at least appeal to, that side of the Master."Hm... So far, I see no mistakes in your calculations, Prism. Their readings of power are very high, much higher than the others which we've received. Good work, Prism. However," Prism flinched that this statement "I believe that they will be hard to take down... Perhaps it would be more convenient to move them all to an isolated place, and pick them off as a group. Prism," he ordered "Transport all of them to the abandoned mall, and, while you're at it, put it back into a fair shape.""But Master, such an operation could k-kill-!" The Master's eyes glared so piercingly that Prism held his tongue. "As you wish, Master," and walked out, with a bow.

The chair swivelled back into its original position, facing the screens. "Hm... Why don't we play a game, no? You go find all the pieces of The Cube, and I'll spare your lives.... if not... then... you lose... I'm interested in how you're going to 'overpower' me..." He chuckled mildly to himself. "Then, bring it on. Hit me. I dare you." Prism returned, panting, and almost collapsed. But he was hanging on. "I've finished the mall, but maybe we'd like to summon the kids later. By their readings, their powers may come when their personality becomes... matured, you could say. If we kill them before that, their powers will be transferred to the next suitable human being." Suddenly, he stopped, afraid he had said too much. The Master nodded "Perhaps. We won't be taking any chances here. Perhaps you are more useful than I thought you were, Prism... Very well. Make sure that the pesky Magi Agency don't get word of this. They'll do anything to stop this."Prism bowed, and headed out, while patting sweat off his face. He would live for another day, at least. Tomorrow? Who knows what that would bring? Now, the duo would wait. Wait for the inevitable. And everything would all work out, right?
