In Need of Encouragement

Monday which is coming VERY soon, I'll be acting out the lines of Mercutio from the play Romeo and Juliet. It's not any big performance on a stage. More of an in-class assignment. We are required to wear an outfit that fits our character, we have to show emotion and we have to try not looking at our paper reading the lines.

I'm working hard on trying not to read the lines from the script whatsoever.

Not even close to finished.

I'm just hoping since there's two different groups doing the same scene that we all get a chance in saying our lines.
If one group goes and the other doesn't, I'm screwed.

Because me and @Morgana play the same role, but she's in another group with @Anime who plays as Romeo.

SO, all's I'm needing is a little encouragement, as well as my friends, especially considering my group members did not get a copy of the script for the weekend to practice.

I practiced all night thinking I'd not remember the lines when I woke up. Surprisingly I woke up having all the lines that I've practiced perfectly memorized.

Now, onto the next lines...
.__.

Lines currently memorized:

"Come, Come! Thou art as hot a Jack in thy mood as in Italy, and as soon moved to be moody, and as soon moody to be moved."
(First line)

"Nay, and there were to such, we should have none shortly, for one would kill the other. Thou! Why, thou quarrel with a man that hath a hair more, or hair less, in his beard, than thou hast: thou quarrel with a man for cracking nuts, having no other reason but because thou hath hazel eyes; what eye but such an eye would spy out such a quarrel? Thy head is as fun of quarrels as an egg is full of meat, and yet thy hath been beaten as addle as an egg for quarreling: Thou hast quarreled with a man for coughing in the street, because he hath wakened thy dog that lain asleep in the sun."
(Half of second line)

Got it MEMORIZED?

Don't worry, you'll be fine. You've already remembered these lines, so you'll remember the rest as well. Don't worry and just practice.

@Lily-

Thank you. I'm able to memorize the lines faster, but continue re-reading all the lines but I still get lost or I say the wrong word.

Don't be sad. I mean if I were you, I'd be in an even bigger mess because I have the worst memory ever. And anyway Practice makes perfect, so the more you practice the better you'll get and the less mistakes you'll make. Don't worry.

@Lily-

I'm usually the one who easily forgets things.
Usually I am able to memorize the lines, but every time it's my turn to go up I read off the paper rather than going up without the script and saying the lines by memory, because I get nervous. But yea, I think I'll do better than I've done in the past. I hope.

@sky
Trust me you'll do fine if you practice.
Here's a tip - while practicing, think of it as though you're doing it in front of everyone, but when you are actually there and doing it, think of it as though you're at home and no-one's watching. Believe in yourself and be confident and you'll be fine.

@sky All you have to do is practice hard, if you try hard enough, I'm sure you'll pull through.

I believe you can do it, my friend! *pats back*

@Lily-

Thanks for the tip! I'll try that.
I also found a trick into memorizing my lines more faster; by re-writing the lines over and over.

@Takatheeducatedkid

Thank you! 😊

@Morgana

TIP: Keep re-writing the lines over and over. It helps.

I can't seem to go any further.
My mind is shutting down every time I read the next line!
