A Question About the Creature Suggestions

When people are suggesting creatures, do they show pictures of what they want the creature to look like or do they just describe what they wnat it to look like and if it's picked the mods would make it based on the description the suggester gave them? If they do give pictures, how do they make the creature? Do they draw it or is there a certain programm? I really want to suggest a creature but I wnat to know this first. Thanks in advanse! 😃

They draw it. No specific way, then they upload it and post the link to the pic.
