I know she's a celebrity, otherwise nobody would make a deal of her death, but I've never heard of her. 😸

☹️ Yeah i just saw that on yahoo...☹️ Drugs make everyone die so fast...i mean geez, look at Michael Jackson etc. :/ What the heck is wrong with the world?!?!?!

She was very big in the 80's and early 90's. Many would consider her an Icon in the music industry. One that many female singers looked up to and wanted to be. She is still a great influence musically today.

Was a big part of MTV back in the days they actually showed videos 😊 One of the 1st R&B artists to receive rotation. I did not like every song but she had a true natural talent that you had to respect.

I gasped out loud when I heard the news and tho I never knew her personally, she was a connection to my younger years. So a small part of that just died with her. At least her music will live on.

Many prayers to her family especially for her daughter.
