I need to stop being pessimistic, people like this exist

So this evening has been kind of crappy so far. This jerk I've talked about here in the past...he's blowing up his fb wall about how much he loves his gf, how they're going out tonight, etc., which wouldn't be so bad if he didn't somehow believe I'm still his personal editor here to read his dumb love poems whenever he needs opinions just because his gf is...not into it or whatever (note to self: be nice, be nice, it's not her fault).
He told me, in "nicer" words, that he's tired of me and that we need to give it time, but somehow he can still contact me with his poetry and bug me looking for some advanced critique? Please.

Well, anyway, I kind of broke down, feeling that maybe I'm not good enough and no one will ever like me no matter how much weight I lose, etc. when an old friend of mine messages me Happy Valentine's Day. Idk, it's a nice gesture.

@metaphor I dont know about your past with this guy but he sounds like a jerk. Im sorry and he clearly isnt worth your time.

You should cut contact with him, rather than let him continue to use you for his own gain. People like him don't deserve your time, and it doesn't matter who you are.
