Deleting Topics/Posts

I think there should be a way to delete our posts/topics. Like most of the Trade topics are just sitting there and taking up space. Why can't we clean up and delete them?

So my idea is: For there to be a button to delete posts/comments. I don't know whether it having to go through the staff to be closes/deleted would be a good thing or bad thing.

Opinions?

I want to delete some posts and I can't. So I'd agree.
