Marlay not growing?

I was doing my cove's feeding spree [happy double feed day guys!]...
When I got to Simpleasthat the Marlay, it was great that he had 692 clicks.
What WASN'T great was that he hadn't grown to his next stage.

Marlays need 300 clicks for stg 1, 660 clicks for stg 2, 1010 clicks for stg 3.

I know it updates at around 3AM ECT, but surely my Marlay cannot receive more than 30 clicks since then? Only 2 people have surely fed him, and there are only 2 other 5 latest feeders.
Help?

If it's on a click exchange it can, otherwise it's odd. If it doesn't evolve tomorrow I'd send in a ticket.
