Is this a fair trade?

I'm looking to trade my Paret for a Balrogipuwet =3
that's all I have to say, plz someone warn me it it's not a fair trade on either side, if a paret is worth more or less.

Hmmm... it is fairly fair. Parets can still be found and Balrogs no.
