Glitter Graphics Help!!

Can someone help me I have no clue how to put in the BB codes!!

After you get the BB codes (use the easy code and put a 4 for break line's, that way it will be easier to post) just make a account in Gliiter Graphics and comment in each graphic with the BB codes.
