Really? This is a little girl. Little girls get jealous, they do stupid things, but reciprocating with their same childish tactics only makes YOU look like you have the maturity of a nine-year-old girl.
Just be polite and leave her alone. I'm sure your boyfriend will appreciate your ability to be respectful and kind to people who are younger and more ignorant than you.

My sister is nine, she doesn't act like that. She actually has some common sense compared to some other kids at her school XD
I'm not sure what advice to give, I liked the idea of a camera.
At school there is this jerk who I've known for 4 years and he hasn't stopped annoying me ever since we met! I HATE HIM. he doesn't go away! EVER! Even ignoring him doesn't help...I just wanted to say that because it seemed on topic 😋
