So I'm dying my hair, blue, and I'm wondering if I should do streaks, or do the under part thing...Help?

streaks. I got a bunch of red streaks... What color is your hair? I have brown hair and when it wore into my hair it made it look auburnish.

I got red streaks 2 years ago. It stayed in my hair for about a year, and there were little shiny hairs with reddish blond. My hair is BLOND.

I've already done streaks and under (Red and Green) and now I'm dying it navy blue. I ended up doing streaks AND under though. Now we wait.
