How does it work. is it a percentage of how many of one type of creature to all creatures stolen. Or part of a creature to user ratio?What is the formula for calculation?
boxofcrayons • 27 February 2012 at 6:50 PM
I think has something to do with the number of creatures stolen and the number still living. But I'm not exactly an official source. If you ever get an answer ping me, kay? I'm quite curious. @pheonixfox

And perhaps how many days has past since they were released as well ^^Both numbers for the Macbot & Doovoo dropped, but it hasn't seem liked any have died.No one seems to know what the actual formula is though.

@icymuffin Then would't the rarity for say, a Corphex be a lot higher? I don't know >.<
icymuffin • 27 February 2012 at 6:56 PM
@boxofcrayonsIt doesn't mean each variable is weighted the same though.Maybe CC also has a role too? I dunno though. It was just a thought I had.

@icymufin, No that makes sense. I wish it said somewhere. I think that would make it a far more useful tool.

I think the rarity for the Macbot and Doovoo dropped because more creatures were made 😋

@orange is right 😊

Maybe it's like creature A is 1 percent of the population and creature B is 50 percent? So that might be included in rarity? I agree with the other posts too
icymuffin • 27 February 2012 at 8:14 PM
But Doovoo & Macbot being a combined 6% is rather high.Plus, even the Tasma has a rating higher than 100, so I don't see how that would work...

@phoenixfox It is around about how many creatures have been stolen and are still alive (I think)
lizardfeather • 27 February 2012 at 8:22 PM
@icymuffin It's not the actual percentage it's a number based on the total amount of creatures. I'm guessing the amount of that creature currently in existence divided by the total number of creatures in existance --> the number But I don't know exactly how the number scale works -.-

I think the creatures get RARER, the more OLDER they are.The CSP start off with, let's say, 5 (probably not true, but I don't study WRs). The more days there are for them (eg 5 days) the more common they get because people are able to get them over those days.I think it's the number that are alive. And if they are an LE, they get rarer because they're older (same with retired, CSP, etc) and cannot be stolen anymore. With rares that are still in the cave (eg Mo), their WR still goes up because more people can get them.
