My creatures! Why?!

I agree that it may be unethical for the person to keep the creatures, but as far as the rules go there is really nothing anyone can do. I wouldn't bother talking to Ian or the moderators, because both parties have been explicit in regard to this issue.
I suggest you remain in contact with the user through private message, but there is absolutely nothing to be gained by publicizing the issue and harassing him or her.

the "accept" and "reject" links on TC should be more distinguishable and placed a bit farther away from each other :/

If the rules aren't supporting this issue, then all that can be done is to reduce the risk of even more people losing pets.

@dreamer yes, some one should suggest it on a Suggestions forum. its happened to me before too but i got my creatures back. and sometime i've given creatures back too when a user says he'she has accidentally accepted the trade. it feels awful (at least to me) to hold creatures that way :/



and people stop attacking the user holding the creatures. that would turn out bad...
