Which creature/how much EC for a Kujak?

I'm really into creating godlike character traits for my eggies...so, I'm seeking a Kujak to be the Phoenix Sun God, AKA the equivalent of Apollo.

Also, Just wondering this stuff....not trying to be n00bish by offering 500 EC (bleh!) on one...I'd save if I had to.
