My brother @Miami_heat will be trading a mo and swornt for 500cc? Is that an underoffer or overoffer or perfect?

If so i believe that would be an underoffer because mo's are almost considered common now.

The swornt, im not sure how that makes the offer...probably perfect or a little under perfect.
