Oh I totally second what PP said about Studio Ghibli movies! Some of THE best movies I've seen. He has a real gift for capturing emotions and feelings in his films. Art work is just stunning!!

Kinda Video game related but watch: Final Fantasy VII Advent Children. It's so visually satisfying you will just melt!! Even if you never played the game (though it will be a bit harder to follow >_<')
