Here we can talk about Doctor Who! I don't have any friends in RL who watch it, so it'll be fun to chat about it if you like. 😊

@rawrcookies08 I just started liking doctor who, and @harrypotter7y knows ALL.

The only one I watched with Matt Smith (current doctor, I think) Is like the last episode, I got sooo confused. X3

@oranberry100
1. WHY OH WHY did you watch the last episode?!?! You basically just ruined the whole show!!! D:
2. You need to start with the first episode because NOTHING will make any sense. XD

@elluwah Awesome, me too! I'm just a little late because I'm on The Almost People, but I'm catching up fast. My brother spoiled it for me that River is the astronaut though. DX

@rawrcookies08

Is that one of the episodes with the gangers? Ooh, they were creepy. And haha, I found a bunch of spoilers as to who River is and I really regret that I did that. XD When it was finally revealed I was all like "aww, I knew that already" and couldn't join in with all the surprise. >.> Do you know who she is yet though? There's plenty of spoilers out there on the internet now. 😋

@rawrcookies08 It was called impossible astronaut, I think. That's not the last one, is it..? (probably not) Because If it is, I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND IT AT ALL...

Love Doctor Who! My best friend introduced me to him, but I haven't seen it in FOREVER. I'm much too addicted to NCIS. X)

Sorta... I saw the first two 'cause isablah made me watch 'cause her friend loves it and made her memorize all the doctors (o.O) and that's about it, but I like it... Sorta...
It creeped me out a bit at first.
The shows she shows me always do that, then I decide that I like them.

Omg I loooove Doctor Who as well! Haha, but please put "spoiler alert" in your posts because I haven't seen the episodes you're talking about yet. The first season I saw was the one with Rose and the Slitheen (S1 of 2005 I think), and now I'm watching S3 with Martha.

Doctor Who is TOTALLY the best thing ever! Promotes pure interpersonal goodness wherever you are, and the fact that everyone's life matters, and some people call the series cheesy but I just don't understand them, Doctor Who's brilliance lies in its simplicity! Because the makers understand that there doesn't NEED to be a complicated plot or a complicated answer, that they can just call something "void stuff" and it's a solution to everything XD, and the Daleks don't need to be non-intimidating-by-today's-ever-asking-for-more-standards to give the viewer that AMAZING feeling of excitement, "Oh NOOO!!! Not the Daleks again! They're the evilest evil thing in the universe!", to give you that little chill, that little worry when they appear, as to how the Doctor's going to solve it this time XD... It focuses on the mental element, on the psychological aspect of the relatiorships and the eras and the problems, and everything comes down to right winning over wrong, love over hate, hope over despair, light over darkness... I really believe that Doctor Who is just pure genius! XD

(Btw, I just have to ping XD @maydeeoliver & @james-bond)

@elluwah Yes, ditto! 😱 I actually skipped the episode with that little boy with the gas mask who was like "Mummy let me in.." Because it scared the heck out of me. o.o
@oranberry100 It's not and it didn't even make much sense to ME, and I've watched all the other episodes. xD You should def. start with episode one (the one with Christopher Eccleson and Billie Piper).
@choocalate WATCH MORE. XD
@meixiatotian Some episodes are REALLYYYYY creepy and some are just cool.
@mika_milile Lol yes!!!! 😃😃😃

@rawrcookies08 I LOVE Doctor Who, the new ones anyway (Haven't really seen the old ones so can't comment on those). I started watching them along with my sister on Netflix around last November or so, and now I am all caught up and can't wait for the new season to come, even though I feel it seems to be going in a totally different direction.

I generally might be hesitant about new things in shows but come to like each thing in its own way. I, like just about everyone else, loved Tennant as the Doctor, but I feel Matt Smith plays him in a very different but also very likeable way. Ironically, I think while he is the youngest face he plays him to be the oldest - like a very quirky old man. I'm excited to see him around for awhile yet, though with the new show the Doctor doesn't seem to keep his face for very long.

@oranberry100 Haha, I'm sure there are plenty of people who love both, they aren't mutually exclusive fandoms XD. I'm betting some of the folks at the Milton Keynes Bowl in Bullet in a Bible were Doctor Who fans XD.

@zumi Whoville? Haha, it confuses me, it makes me think of Dr Seuss, not Doctor Who... XD.
