Attention all Vocaloid Troop members~

Yey~ Guminee-chan is so proud of you all! *huggles* Unfortunately, I can't keep track of who's coming and going, and I don't even know some of the Vocaloids here (EL GASPO), so, I'd thought I'd keep some 'ground rules' here.

1. If you want to register, and I can't stress this enough - please PM me on your main account! I can keep track of what members are coming in and whatnot, and also create little taglines for everyone when I do a bit of research.

2. Don't stress about creating your own tagline! If you PM me, then everything will be sorted out, and a list of what you have to do will be given.

3. As Vocaloid is becoming more and more prevalent in the EC community, there are often multiple people who apply for a certain position, especially Len. You should fill out this form if you think you want to apply for the position~ We also do some RPing, so at least I should know how much you know about your Vocaloid and Vocaloid in general.

4. If you're inactive, then your character position will be considered 'open'. Notifications will be sent if I know your main, if not, then your character position is opened after about 2 months of inactivity. If you know you're going to be away, please fill out this form:

Your character position will be safe for that term.

5. Please no harassing members of the Troop. If so, then you face a ban - ie, all of your posts/ PMs/ whatnot will be ignored! Please keep in mind of this fact. Harassing DOES include saying that Vocaloid is bad, etc. This is the VOCALOID Troop, therefore, it is for VOCALOID fans.

6. Members can be evicted from the Troop IF any harassment happens to at least THREE members of the Troop. If there is harassment of one member, that member may block the person. If this continues, then they face an eviction and a ban. An eviction is based on voting by the majority.

7. Anybody is welcome to join, however, please have at least a fairly good record of peace in EC; we may not accept people involved in huge drama, simply because they may be just coming here to take advantage of us, and they want to find supporters for their cause. We're completely neutral in all cases of drama, unless a member is involved.

8. Please try, in general, to avoid being involved in drama, especially ones which would cause a huge commotion. If you are going to get involved in drama, do so in your main account, if needed.

I'm very sorry if these rules are a bit harsh, and if there is anybody who disagrees with these rules, please do not hesitate to contact me, either through PM, wall post, or on this topic. If you feel something is very controversial on this topic, then please tell me by PM; I don't want to start any drama on this board.

Good! I like this. My only worry is that it might scare new vocaloid fans away.... But it shouldn't be that bad!
