I mean, I have been changing a lot lately. My hair, my attitude, my skin color (using tanning cream), my teeth (whitening & braces), and my physical strength and flexibility because I am insecure about them.

Is it good? Because it makes you more confident in the end or makes others view you better?

I dunno. I think it is good for me because changing my flaws makes me feel stronger but I know that is wrong and you are supposed to accept your flaws.

But still I think there are two sides to it. It also makes you feel weird until you change it and more susceptible to being hurt.

What are your views on it?

GOD I AM REALLY BAD AT TYPING TITLES! My phone sucks -.- I meant IS* insecurity good. Sorry!

Well, taking care of your teeth with braces is important. Because your dental health is directly related to your heart health....

But, I don't think you need to change your hair or your skin color. I don't know what your attitude is now/used to be, so I can't judge you about that. But some people I know change their personalities for a guy/popularity, which I think is a bad thing.

I think that increasing physical strength is a good thing. Because if you increase it, then you are healthier. Being unfit isn't really a flaw in my mind, but more of a (hopefully) temporary bad situation.

@balletninja I think you should be okay with who you are.

One thing that bothers me about society is they set about "Norms" that everyone strives to be like. What right do they have to consider this normal? What is normal?

The Renaissance era considered Pale, Pudgy women beautiful while tan, skinny women were considered ugly and malnourished. Today it is reversed.

I think you should be confident in who you are. Just be you, for you. You should not have to change to make someone accept you. You are beautiful the way you are.

It depends on the reason, for me anyways.
If you're doing it for someone else, not the greatest.
For you? good!
Just dont change TOO much. ❤️
