It's a creepy coincidence, but I day no to them creating them for real. I just write my fantasy storied ^-^

If they want to use 'em in the army, then more power to them. If we were to have genetically-enhanced soldiers, then everyone else would eventually have their own, too. So it wouldn't be like there'd be a crazy advantage for either side in a war, as all the soldiers would essentially be the "same."
