@plushieNo, just because I don't react in an over-zealous way doesn't mean I don't care. People have different ways of expressing themselves and I think you shouldn't judge someone based on what you THINK they are thinking 😸

As another user already mentioned... Invisible Children hasn't been using all the money it's been gaining for the purpose they've been created for. Supposedly, of the $8,676,614 they spent last year, only 31% was spent on their charity program. That's kinda saying something.Raising awareness of the subject is good, but that doesn't necessarily mean that the groups created to stop it, like IC, are acutally trustworthy.Another thing, {from the same source from earlier...}: Foreign Affairs states that IC along with other groups aimed at the same goal "manipulates facts for strategic purposes, exaggerating the scale of LRA abductions and murders and emphasizing the LRA's use of innocent children as soldiers, and portraying Kony -- a brutal man, to be sure -- as uniquely awful, a Kurtz-like embodiment of evil."And you see, the US has been going in & fighting against Kony for some time. Invisible Children funds these military intervention, but with each mission more children are killed as Kony's bodyguards ARE the children soldiers... doesn't this seem to defeat the purpose to you...?Anyways, just something to think about. Down with Kony ...but sometimes, thinking about what you're doing first is a good thing so you know that effort won't be wasted.
