Hey to all of you guys. This site is new and alien to me! Everything is so amazing. And everyone is so nice. I already love you all.

So... the thing is...

I'm pretty much a neanderthal with new places so I can't seem to be getting some things. If someone would explain what Ec is... and what it's used for.

It would probably seem like a dumb question to some of you and I'm sure that there must be a guide for these kinds of things somewhere on the site but I'm an idiot so bare with me here.

Also about the misterious asteroid...
has anybody gotten an egg from it because I'm very curious as to what the egg turned out to be.

EC is the "currency" we use. It's like money. You can "buy" creatures [by trading and sending over EC] with EC... you can "bid" for things [by "buying"]... You can also pay "Tim's Food Shoppe" to feed your creatures; they'll be 100% happy during the service. You can also by travels with EC at the Travel Agency, buy a Calla [only available in the SAR center] for 100K EC, and if you want to abandon your creatures at the Adoption Center you need to pay 4,500 EC.
