Please help

So my dog is going to the vet because she is puking A LOT...Not only that bust she cant digest her food.....She is a old dog and I've had her sense I was four.

My dad is taking her to the vet now and I don't know what to expect///
Help?

Pray,this is what i did when my cat had a tombstone (A really big one at that) in her side and had to get surgery i prayed from dusk til' dawn and the doctors said it wh=ent perfect the nxt day!
