Misleading title! By saying that, I do NOT mean the group artist GYM Class Heroes, even though I love their songs. BUT, today I had GYM class, it had already been stressful enough but, I was hoping for a fun day in GYM class by going in the fitness room with my friend, but no. Instead we had to separate into five groups with five people in each group. We had to bring some equipment out to the track such as weights and such, then each person from the group would spread out on the track field in different check points.I started off with weights, and I had to wait for someone to tag me from my group in order for me to run to the next check point where I had to do push ups, which is the worst part because we were in shorts and most of us did the "girly" push ups, which lead to scrapes on our knees. Half way through I had felt the need to use the bathroom, the girl running next to me is one of my good friends, she has asthma, so I suggested we'd go inside to get a drink and go to the bathroom, I ask the GYM teacher but she ends up yelling at us and saying how ridiculous it is and that we're making an excuse, but we go inside anyways, the teacher actually made us run even though my friend was REALLY pale and I let her lean against me so she wouldn't faint. - Continued in next post as @Fate -#SkyRants

I let my friend rest on the staircase and then we headed to get a drink then go to the bathroom, my friend still looked pretty bad, so I suggested we head to the nurse, it took a while to convince her and I walked her over to the nurse, luckily I did because the nurse said her blood pressure is really low.I stayed with my friend for a few minutes and decide I'd run back outside to meet with my GYM class in hopes I'd make it in time to finish the track race, but I didn't and some of my team members were upset because since I left, they were punished into running the track once more, which I find unfair, but when I came back the teachers were giving a speech on how pathetic it is for us to leave to go to the bathroom and blah, blah, blah.Honestly, I didn't give a crap, if I hadn't done what I did my friend would've fainted, or worse. Not only that but I have a feeling my GYM teacher hates me, she's been saying I'm tardy when really I'm always dressed and standing outside of the locker room right on time before the bell rings, now I'm still claimed as "tardy".

I hate P.E. and the teachers. They are always so annoying and selfish.
lavender • 19 March 2012 at 9:17 PM
@fate / @skyWHAT?!?! That is just so unfair! (I mean your teacher)
sky • 19 March 2012 at 9:21 PM
@ChloekinsI'm okay with P.E. it was better last year with my middle school GYM teacher, he was more nice and cuts some slack, he'd let us rest and didn't force us to do something we didn't want to do.@LavenderI know right?I had to explain to my group that it took me so long because my friend wasn't looking so well and I needed to bring her to the nurse, they were okay but I still think they shouldn't have deserved to run an extra lap around the track just because I needed to do all that.
Deleted • 19 March 2012 at 9:23 PM
@SkyThat is a nice teacher -c-I hope my teacher doesn't make me do KILLER laps when I have the girl thing happening, if you know what I mean...
lavender • 19 March 2012 at 9:23 PM
@skyExactly! And your teacher shouldn't be saying stuff like " Oh, look what happened because sky and her friend went to the bathroom..." Seriously, your teacher is like a kid! And, I think you should be proud of yourself for helping your friend!
cynt5100 • 19 March 2012 at 9:28 PM
@sky @fate The teachers are rude to many kids. When I was reporting bulling, one told me to stop tattle-tailing. They really dont care about students, and they only care about teir paycheck. It's not your fault your friend almost died or something. Tell the teacher you wernt making an excuse, and have the nurse back you up. If that doesn't work, go tell your/ your friends (athsma) mom, and you will probably get your complaint across. Also tell the moms your treated unfairly. I also hate teachers. 😋
pipkitten • 19 March 2012 at 9:30 PM
@SkyThat gym teacher needs to get hit in the face with a few dozen high-speed dodgeballs. ...and not the soft foam ones, either; I mean those super-heavy-duty-leave-gigantic-welts ones.
cynt5100 • 19 March 2012 at 9:31 PM
@pipkitten I ❤️ your last comment. Why didn't I thing of that? I'm violent enough!
pipkitten • 19 March 2012 at 9:37 PM
@Cynt5100Lol! xD Perhaps you didn't have a gym teacher that you wanted to inflict such pain upon? ...gods know I did. 😋
oranberry100 • 19 March 2012 at 9:42 PM
@sky Gym? *sigh* I honestly believe you did the right thing. 😊 No doubt about it.
sky • 19 March 2012 at 10:16 PM
@ChloekinsOh gawd. I had those times where we had to do the pacer test. Worst feeling ever.@LavenderTell me about it, but I didn't care what she said, I'm used to her talking about me, she's known me since I was a baby and my sister and her are good friends, but it's the opposite between me and her. @Cynt5100I also had many problems with this GYM teacher, I'd always feel left out and the fact that they make me play kick ball KILLS ME. I can play as long as I'm in the out field, I get serious injures when I'm in the infield, when I kick the ball I ALWAYS have a habit where I'd kick the ball lose my balance, and do a backflip and land on my head, I'm sure my friend discussed this with her mom considering the look on her moms face was not happy when I saw her, we explained to her mom what had happened.@PipkittenDodgeballs? Did you know wherever I am, anytime, if I want to kill someone, I could use anything in the room to kill them? The art room is my favorite place, not just for drawing, but it has A LOT of things for me to use just incase. x3@Oranberry100I just don't like seeing my friends in pain, I always worry when my friends get into situations like these, like for me, my friends are worried when I was in photography class, because I am claustrophobic and at times we would go in the dark room which only has enou space for four people, and when the lights are all off, I can't breathe and I'd get dizzy.
lavender • 19 March 2012 at 10:17 PM
@skyIf your sister is one of her closest friends, then she should be nice to you! Does she even know what friendship means?!?
asi • 19 March 2012 at 10:18 PM
@sky What the heck. >< I need to go, but can you start Hashing these rants? Because they are hard for me to stalk this way 😈 Later 😋
sky • 19 March 2012 at 10:24 PM
@LavenderWell, I really don't know. The teacher was nice to me in the beginning but that's when I was with the other GYM teacher, because we have two GYM teachers, the other one is really nice and he doesn't push anyone too hard, he encourages others and if we are struggling he lets us relax and take a breath, my sister is also friends with him. One that I'm with her it seems she's trying to push me too hard. I was never claimed tardy with the other teacher and now I feel like I gotta rush changing and rush out the locker room and stand right near her so she knows I'm not tardy.@AsiI know right? And haha, I'll hash these up.x3
asi • 19 March 2012 at 10:52 PM
@Sky This sounds so sucky O_o I never liked P.E., but man, we NEVER did laps. Or push ups. Or weights ._.We did sports and those bicycle machines O_OAnd the PE teacher was nice and everything. And there were definitely no punishments for failing anything O_oAnd I got to quit this year X3When do you get to quit? 😊
sky • 19 March 2012 at 10:55 PM
@AsiI never did either, but I always look forward to it because it's either GYM class or Science. I don't plan on quitting just yet, I like to get things done in over with, I just need to do take two years of GYM class, I think that's what it had said and then I don't have to take it anymore.
asi • 19 March 2012 at 11:06 PM
@Sky D: NO ONE LIKES SCIENCE BUT ME ._.Everyone else is quitting it next year, and I'mma be all alone... D:Yeah, we had to do two too ._.
pipkitten • 19 March 2012 at 11:06 PM
@SkyAye, dodgeballs! The ultimate spherical projectiles! 8D (Besides pool balls, of course. xD)Lol, the wondrous weapons-- er, items that can be found in art classrooms! 😊 At my school, my art teacher loves me so much that I have free reign of the room. I can do whatever I want, whenever I want, wherever I want~ xD
cynt5100 • 19 March 2012 at 11:47 PM
#rant would this work?
ice • 19 March 2012 at 11:51 PM
@asi I think science is rather interesting... :xMaybe that's because I grew up with scientists XD
asi • 19 March 2012 at 11:55 PM
@Ice Lol X3But next year, it splits up into Bio, Chem and Physics... #SmiliesScienceDilemma X3 (BTW, that doesn't hash to anything... X3)
sky • 20 March 2012 at 12:07 AM
@PipkittenHaha! My art teacher last year--hoo boy! Basically me and my other best friend who is known as @Anime (no longer active) got into this fight, because of that I stopped doing art because I was sick of it and it became my stresser. I was being pushed to the limit. One day she made me cry, but I guess now she has forgiven me and my friend because she talked to my new art teacher and bragged how much of an artist me and my friend had been. My new art teacher has also known me since I was a baby, actually all the teachers in my school have known me since I was a baby. My art teacher is awesome and really friendly! She lets me do whatever I want, including the other art teacher (yes, there's two art teachers).@AsiScience is OKAY, it passes the time pretty quickly, it really depends on who's in my class, unfortunately the kids in my class are pretty obnoxious and hard to cope with.
asi • 20 March 2012 at 12:12 AM
@Sky Ugh, that sucks. There's just really not much you can do about a bad class, but hope you get a better one next year ._.My Maths class last year ><Sometimes being smarter than your friends sucks BAD ._.Actually, all my class but English and German are cake right now O_o
pipkitten • 20 March 2012 at 12:21 AM
@SkyThey've all known you since you were a baby? Whoa! 😱 That's gotta lead to some occasional awkward moments, I would think. XDAnyways, your art teachers sound so cool! ^^ My poor teacher is in charge of all art classes K-12... She's rather stressed out, like, all the time. I feel bad for her.

I've always hated P.E. And I always will.Even though this isn't an excuse at all, I'm in the sixth grade. There's a quarter mile track that we share with the highschool. At the beginning of the year, we ran a mile on it, twice for practice, and the third time was officila and was registered as our full mile time. We'll have to do this at the end of they ear too, I think one class has already started the second run.Running isn't my thing. At all. On the official mile run, I was pale after the first lap. So I walked it, again. Finished in 15 minutes.Of course, there's this extremely popular girl in our grade, who ran the mile in 6 minutes, the fastest time. Which brings us back to the subject of popularity. >.<For some units, we were required to run certain distances on Treadmills, key bikes, and ellipticals. And, these requirements were like, miles long. It was horrible.Plus, circus. We were required to do things like juggle, go on stilts, unicycles, pedalos, et catera. If we didn't pass a certain amount, we fail. Then constant pullups, situps, pushups, strethching and running laps. It's ridiculous to me. They overwork us, and it's painful and tiring. So apparently we fail P.E. if we can't pedal 5 miles on a bike or climb up a rope with nothing but your body and your clothes, and body strength, me lacking the strength that's required.

@Sky it sounds hard there. At my school the teachers care, we only have the one teacher who teaches everything. I actually LOVE to play dodge ball, it's so fun, everyone enjoys it ;D And in sport if we are late all we have to do is just get someone to tell us what we are doing xD
dreamer • 12 July 2012 at 8:29 PM
@Plushie Lucky. D8 Ever since I moved to a new town we're not freaking ALLOWED to play dodgeball.Last time I played was in 3rd grade before I moved, we played quadruple dodgeball and I didn't get hit a single time.At least you like gym, and sports. I can't complain about the teachers, just the work that we do.It's freaking GYM class. The requirements are different, but the expectations are even higher than our normal curriculum. And it justs gets worse every year. But hey, it's summer break, why worry about it? I'm excited to start seventh grade, but knowing that I need to start the year with another mile run is REALLY giving me second thoughts. :/ I'm not worried about anything except for making a fool out of myself in Gym. Because I'm out of shape, and I get REALLY tired when we do that running, and the teacher cuts me some slack when I struggle, but that means I look retarded in front of like 30 other kids. Hello Humiliation, my name's Danielle, nice to see you again. :/
himaja • 12 July 2012 at 8:41 PM
I had a really nice gym teacher but then she got replaced by this strict, unhumorous, not awesome guy.......In second grade, our gym teacher was sooooooo mean. If somebody needed to go to the bathroom, she would make every single one of us have a litttle "Classroom Bathroom Break."
