Felicia stood up and flexed her fingers. She chased after a mouse on her own two feet, but the mouse got away. She wasn't surprised; mice always got away unless you were actually a cat, or a hawk. Felicia realized she was laughing.

tara's eyes shine. "wow! that's amazing! i wonder how the whole blind-but-can-sorta-see thing works." she suddenly grew wistful. "i wish i could fly. so i can feel the wind in my hair, and the freedom..." she trailed off. "but the thing is, i can't feel anything, like if anything is hot or cold."

Sage nodded. "I know how that feels. I have never seen a color since I became blind when I was four. Scientists tried to mix my DNA with that of a bat. They were successful." Sage said sadly. "It could have been worse. I could have wound up being some sort of bat faced freak." she said and shivered at the thought.

Sage willed all of the images to o away and she concentrated on the sensation of the water. "Mmm. Cool. Wet. Calm. Uh, it feels like...." Sage reviewed her colors to find a color to correspond with Tara. "It feels like turquoise." she said. "Hey, did someone just go underwater?" she asked. She concentrated on a faint image in the water.

Felicia heard the crashing of somebody following her through the trees. She slipped into the shadows and let out a squeak of fright. But then she saw Nafhe, and remembered the girl with the pink hair who had befriended Mari. She stopped running, and waited for Nafhe's next move.

(Her hair was pink, right?😋)

tara looked thoughtful. "hmm, turquoise..." she murmured. she looked carefully in the water. "and, uh, yeah. a scaly girl just jumped in. and i think she's a fish mutant, cause she's been under there awhile." she leaned towards the water and shouted, "HEY THERE! I'M TARA! ARE YOU OK? ARE YOU DROWNING? DO YOU NEED HELP?"
