I can see why people are upset that they're taking her down, she's one of my favorite characters [Cause I have to admit, I act like her a lot]

But I can see why they'd was to take her down. Some people, I'm not saying everyone, could become offended by the fact Derpy may be "Special ED"

The children I doubt would be offended, but it's the parents they're more worried about. The parents may see it as them making fun of children with special needs, so they want to nip it in the butt.

I think it's a good call getting rid of Derpy; Because it would cause unnecessary drama, hurt some people's feelings.



But, that's my opinion

I don't watch MLP and never plan to, but I do support this.

While it causes unnessecary drama, this is another scenario where I hate the human race. People take everything too offensively and take all the fun out of life just because they can. They flag everything as 'offensive' just because it isn't perfect.

If anything, Derpy is easy to relate to for kids with special needs. I think it's wrong to create a character and then destroy them. In this case, removing Derpy will just make special needs kids feel even worse, knowing they can't relate to someone and causing them to feel like they aren't wanted in society.

It's just my opinion though. :/ But I really hope you guys get Derpy back.
