Hey @Coatimundi and welcome to Egg cave. Basically it is a virtual pet site where you steal/adopt eggs from The Cave. You raise them up either by Views, Clicks, or Feeds.

A feed is when you or anyone else visits your cove (profile) and feeds your creatures.

A Click is when you or anyone else actually clicks on one of your creatures - bringing up it's profile (which you must do in order to feed).

A view is when you post on yours or someone else's profile, the Blog, the forums -- basically anywhere that you post and your featured egg actually shows up I think is counted as a view.

You can also feed all your creatures at Tim's and that will keep them happy and alive.

If your creatures become very unhappy (meaning not feed by you, others, or in Tim;s) they can die.

Once your creature(s) reach level 2000 they become immortal and can no longer die 😊.


You can go to the travel agency and get backgrounds to go on your pets.

You can visit the Cave 10 times a day in order to get creatures and you can visit the mysterious asteroid once a day to try and get a creature.

If you want to spend real life money you can visit the Cash Shop and actually buy special creatures each month there.

You can trade creatures with other players in the trade center also.

I am sure there is more info, but hopefully this will get you started 😊

A couple of things are:
LE stands for Limited Edition
UFT stands for Up For Trade
NFT stands for Not For Trade
UFA stands for either Up For Adoption OR Up For Auction
UFV stands for Up For Views
CC stands for Cave Cash
EC stands for Egg Coins or Egg Cash
CRW stands for Creature Release Week

thanks all of you! this helps a ton and in return if ya want ask me questions about animals(i work with exotics zebras camels etc.) im still a kid i just volunteer
