I bought the Travel The Shipyard Docks, for my Whoon.
It does not appear that he is traveling!

Did you put it on him? Try refreshing. Sometimes it takes a while.

EDIT: I looked and I see it. 😊
He's traveling.

Now he says he is traveling only Tasma
