Weird Man DX

SO I was playing outside with my friend before and we saw a man from one of the balconies in the apartment I live in and he was just staring out side in our direction. Now today I was playing again with the same girl and I saw the man coming out, my friend's apartment was near so she went inside and told me to go home because he had a camera. But he was facing the direction that I needed to go home so I casually walked. I was really scared and my friend from her house told me to run so I ran back here. DX

friend was outside alone with her other friend outside playing and this random man was in a car an drove past them and put his middle finger up, so they ran into the garage and stayed there until there parents came home!

If you get too uncomfortable with the way he's acting, you should call 911 and tell them it's a non-emergency, but you need some help. Tell them of his suspicious behavior around you, a minor, and they'll check him out.

The friend I was playing with's dad told him to stop taking picture and the man said "YOu have No Proof!"

Doesn't matter
You don't feel safe because of his actions, so you have a right to call the law


And, why would someone yell "You have no proof" if they're not guilty of something

He's a suspicious adult
You don't feel safe
You're a minor
Something doesn't sound right there

But after my friend did that today I never saw him after that today DX i'm 12 but i don't think i have to call the police though
