Here is how it works: there are a few creatures, all start out with 100 hp. we will do:

baistay (100hp)
calla (100hp)
drakomo (100hp)

the people will each chose to increase the hp of one of them by 1 and decrease an others hp by 1. the last standing wins, and then we start with an other set of creatures.

I go now.

calla 99hp (-1)
drakomo 100hp
