Sounds stupid, but I'm a newbie. What does this mean?

And this also may sound stupid but is a click just how many times someone clicks on your pet?

No question is stupid unless you already know the answer to it xD

An immortalized/immortal creature is one that reached level 2000. That means even if it has 0 happiness, it will never die {though it might due to glitches, which are very rare, but they probably will be replaced}

Yes. And when you go on a creature's profile, there are also buttons that say previous/next creature. If you click on either, the creature that you are taken to also get a click. So yeah. ^^
