So a lot of you have been going on chat sites lately to talk with people on eggcave.

One problem, you can put ANY username on there and automatically, essentially "be them".

Now, this has happened before but I have been told by multiple people that an imposter has been acting as me under the username Balinja and/or Balletninja on these sites. It has not been me and the person who has been acting as me isn't a very good actor either so it is pretty obvious.

I will always confirm that I will be in the chat room on eggcave. NOT just randomly show up.

I also want you guys to remember not everything you see online is true so be wary!

@twilight_raptor Pathetic right? They harass and cuss at people. If you wanna ruin my rep at least make it believable xD

@balletninja yep its awful. some sort of confirmation before chatting would be a great precaution o.~

@whispers invited pebblestar and me to chat but then we left due to "interference"

@linpug I do use that nickname a lot of the time, just around Chloe and Toy's chats.

I usually use my real name around other people though.

And I am always ONLINE when I go on the chatrooms. That is a good way to confirm besides asking me on my wall 😊

Just yell at them and call them "A BIG, FAT PHONY!" Next time you see them, kay? xD Promoting violence? Nah.

@meg A internet site devoted to instant messaging and in this instance they also do video chat. Basically like texting on your computer and sometimes a person will use their computer's camera to film themselves and talk.
