A CC is I think the short form for Cave Cash. You can only get that through paying online or if a friend of yours gifted you one. You can use that to buy something at the Cash Shop Park located down the Explore icon at the top. It's just like the green cash you could see on most games in fb which requires you a credit card or something if you wanna have more of it or want to get one (Well, that is if you're using one) ^^

CC is short for CaveCash. As @snowrosehell perfectly explained, you can only get it through paying Egg Cave via PayPal, trading for CC or getting it as a gift from a friend. You can use CC to buy exclusive items.
