Should I get CC or not?

I dunno if I should, there aren't really any CCs I like, but I really want a Corphex, do you think CC will help my chances, I also need freezes. I just can't decide to trade or buy myself >_>

I tried :/ I even tried adding so much more, everyone just rejects, I even added 150k ec+a paret, it was still rejected T-T
